Hilton Garden Inn and SpringHill Suites in Hampton Roads
The two LTD hotels will be a Hilton Garden Inn in front, with a SpringHill Suites by Marriott behind it. The developer hopes to have the Hilton open in February 2008 and the SpringHill a couple of months later.
The SpringHill rooms will be larger suites, which have separate living and sleeping spaces. The hotels hope to capture some customers from Hampton's new Hampton Roads Convention Center and the Coliseum, which are both nearby.
