aloft Breaks Ground in Richmond, Virginia
Richmond’s first aloft hotel – the new form and function focused hotel brand from the W Hotel line – is breaking ground at the West Broad Village Town Center in Short Pump in the Fall of 2007. Chesapeake, Virginia-based LTD Management Company, LLC (LTD), owns and manages the project, slated to open in Fall 2008.
