LTD HOSPITALITY GROUP ENTERS NEW DECADE WITH
TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS TO EXECUTIVE TEAM
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, January 13, 2020 –
LTD Hospitality Group is pleased to announce two new executive appointments that indicate a significant step in the leadership structure of the family-owned and operated company. Kimberly Schlick has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, and Alexander Lombardo has been hired as Chief Financial Officer.
The promotion of Schlick, who most recently served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales, signals LTD’s strategic focus on driving growth and innovation “This is the first time in the 37-year history of LTD that a new corporate-level position has been created,” said Desai, “We are very proud to have Kimberly, who has been a dynamic part of the LTD family for over two decades, assume this vital leadership role.”
As COO, Ms. Schlick will work closely with the CFO, members of the Corporate Leadership Team, and senior leaders within the Group’s hotel portfolio. She will provide strategic direction and oversight for operational, sales, and human resources functions, as well as implement LTD’s mission, core values, policies/procedures and strategic plan. Schlick has been a valued part of LTD’s leadership team since 1998, with a successful track record of goal achievement and premium market share results, and effectively developing plans and goals to promote LTD’s continued portfolio attainment and growth.
LTD’s newly appointed CFO, Alex Lombardo, brings 22 years of hospitality finance experience to the hospitality group. In his new role, Mr. Lombardo will provide strategic direction and financial oversight for the Company working closely with the COO, Lombardo will be instrumental in providing financial and operational expertise for the Company, while focusing on strategic growth opportunities.
Mr. Lombardo most recently served as CFO and Head of Development for Two Bit Circus, Inc., and prior to that, as SVP of Development and Treasurer for Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., notably expanding their regional market to a national scale.
