DEB BURDON, Payroll Manager

Deb Burdon brings over 29 years of payroll experience. She oversees and supervises the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. She administers PTO accruals and balances, as well as employee on-boarding and off-boarding tasks. With her extensive experience, she establishes policies and processes that ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions. Deb also provides support to the human resource functions as needed, including benefits, record-keeping, and file maintenance. She reviews & audits electronic timekeeping records for compliance with established standards; and follows up with managers & makes adjustments as needed.

Deb has education experience from Purdue University Caulmet, and has been extensively trained in HRIS, and HR Policies.

DIANA CREEKMORE, Employee Relations Manager

Diana Creekmore supports and fosters company values while serving as a first-line resource for employment matters and minimizing employment-related risks. She implements, administers, and coordinates all human resource policies, programs, and practices for assigned hotel properties. This includes benefit administration; employee relations; risk mitigation; and general administrative duties related to the operations of the Human Resources Department.

DENA CURRENT, Talent Acquisition Manager

Dena Current is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with business leaders across a range of disciplines in order to source, identify and recruit top candidates for our hotels and restaurants.  With multiple years of experience working in Human Resources and a concentration in the hospitality industry, she is a tremendous asset for the continuous growth of our team and company.

ROB SANDERS, Corporate Director of Revenue Management

Rob Sanders oversees all Revenue Management functions for LTD’s portfolio and ensures that strategies are aligned with the company’s vision and direction.

He brings over 20 years of experience in regional and sales leadership positions with premiere hospitality management companies, representing brands like Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, Choice Hotels, and IHG. This exposure offers a unique ability to blend top-level client management and over-arching sales strategy with multi-brand revenue leadership.

Rob has a BS in Business Administration and has completed executive education programs with Cornell University.

JUSTIN ENNIS, Regional Director of Revenue Strategy

Justin Ennis is the Regional Director of Revenue Strategy for LTD’s portfolio and ensures that hotel/portfolio level forecasts are based on current business volumes trends, market data to maximize rooms revenue.

He brings over 10 years of experience in revenue strategy and additional experience in front office management. With his extensive knowledge of hospitality and regional seasonality, Justin is able to create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.

Justin has a BS in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
